Hold the tabs on the left and right of the

new staple cartridge, and install the

staple cartridge to its original position in

the staple unit.

Push in the center (round dent) of the cartridge

strong.

If not pushed in entirely, the cartridge will be

loose, which may result in staples not being

fed.

Return the staple unit to its original

position.

Close the cover.

The message may appear even if there are

staples remaining. In that case, replace the

staple case. The remaining staples can be

used.

Open the staple cover.

Hold the handle of the cartridge, and pull

it toward you.

Press the positions indicated by the

arrows a to unhook the hooks, and

remove the staple unit.
